We are now offering this Mommy Care Kit to help you look and feel your very best during and after pregnancy. There are two options for kits, each kit has products that can be used in pregnancy to help prevent some pregnancy common pregnancy issues and help support your health during pregnancy.

What’s in a kit?

Option 1: Breast pump*, Belly support band, Low back support, Blood clot prevention cuffs, tens unit.

Option 2: Belly support band, Low back support, Blood clot prevention cuffs, tens unit.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost to you! That’s right, you don’t have to pay a dime for these kits. All you do is fill out a form, add your basic information, due date etc., and your insurance information. You will get contacted if your application was approved or denied.
